Airport Business Park is a 22 500 m2 logistics, industrial and commercial centre next to Vilnius International Airport. Project development started back in 2006 when a distribution centre with a terminal was built according to the requirements of DHL Lithuania. In 2009, AVON distribution centre was accomplished. Both projects have been developed in accordance with the build-to-suit principle, thus customising the buildings to clients’ needs. The third stage was closed in 2013 with the construction of new industrial, commercial and office premises.
